Once your order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel or make any changes to your order.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you can, simply email us.

Once your order has been fulfilled changes can no longer be made.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any adjustments, this includes: cancelling, adding, removing or updating any items or the shipping/billing address in your order. We are also unable to combine multiple orders.

Instead, you can place a new order with the correct items, and email us at support@marjoriejewels.com to process a return on your first order.

How to care for jewellery

Cubic Zirconia or known as synthetic Diamond, a stone that has its own true colour, it has a great shininess and a solid structure. It is also known to be a substitute for diamond.

You can use a silver cleaning cloth and silver cleaning solution to clean your silver jewelry.

Yes, all of our jewellery are Hypoallergenic, Lead & Nickel Free.

24K gold plated jewellery will not tarnish, but over time there might be a slight dull of the golden hue as metals in the gold alloy rects with air.

All sterling silver will tarnish over time, but there are ways to slow down the tarnish.
